Erosion Dominator

Dominator Dungeon build by h3testing

Guide

Overview

A single-target Erosion Dominator for bosses. Every Technique hits one enemy, the charms keep stacking Erosion on it, and Shadow of Termination cashes all of it in at once.

Erosion is the main damage source for Dominator this season. Summon builds struggle in the current meta.

How the build works

Dark Bullet has a 50% base chance to inflict Erosion on its own.

Shadow Erosion gives every Dark hit from a Technique another 40% base chance to inflict Erosion.

Linked Misfortune has a 60% chance to inflict Erosion again each time Erosion lands.

Dark Starburst hits 3 times, so it rolls Shadow Erosion 3 times.

Shadow of Termination triggers all Erosion stacks on its target immediately.

Rotation

Open with Dark Bullet to land the first Erosion.

Follow with Dark Starburst for 3 more Dark hits and more stacks.

Cast Chaos Rune for extra Dark damage and a 40% base chance to inflict Frenzy for 1 turn.

Finish with Shadow of Termination to trigger every stack at once.

Tip: Shadow of Termination prioritizes large targets, so on mixed packs it will usually go for the biggest enemy.

Charms

Shadow Erosion and Linked Misfortune are the core. Without them Erosion stacks too slowly.

Nights Blessing increases all of your Dark damage, which is every Technique here.

Shadow Vengeance is your safety net. The first lethal hit leaves you at 1 HP in Shadow Form, immune to damage, dealing more damage and with Technique cooldowns cut by 2 turns.

Careful: if you have not won by the time Shadow Form ends, you die right away. Use that turn to finish the fight.

Fantomon

Nyxarchon is the best fit for this build.

Fantomons you do not fight with still give stats. Put your highest rarity one in the 100% slot and the next ones in the 50% slots.

Strengths and weaknesses

Good at: stacking damage on one target over a few turns, and fights long enough for Erosion to build up.

Struggles with: very sturdy enemies, where damage over time is harder to rely on. Gear matters a lot, since weak stats make every Technique and charm worse.

Alternative

Clearing groups instead? Try AoE Erosion Dominator . It keeps the same charms and swaps in Mana Blast and Abyssal Hand to spread Erosion over a whole pack.
